By margieweiss

Local Olympic figure skater, Michael Weiss, born and bred in Northern Virginia, has been supported throughout his career by the Virginia community. He now gives back to the skating community each year with his US & World Figure Skating Champions LIVE!! charity skating show and silent auction.

This year's show will be at the Capitals' Kettler Iceplex on Sat. Sept 6, at 4 pm. All proceeds go to up-and-coming athletes, both local and national. Joining Michael this year will be Olympic Champion Brian Boitano, World Champions Sasha Cohen and Todd Eldredge, as well as many other international stars -- all of whom give their time and talent for free to skate in the show. 2 Reston talented skaters -- Armin Mahbanoozedah & Christine Musedemba -- will join their "heroes" in the show, as well.
